I will try to share with you How to Making and Painting Lava Terrain for your Tabletop Games or Diorama project or later I will use it for my tabletop game, with a very low cost and the material that I use is easy for you to get.

I will explain step by step with photos, hopefully this can inspire you.

Materials:

• XPS Foam
• Stick ice cream
• Sand Beach
• Bark
• Chain Craft
• Acrylic Paint

Stage 1 :
I'll be using XPS Foam for the base of this terrain. then I will stack.

Stage 2 :
Then I'll use the bark to create the hardened lava texture. The bark I use is from a pine tree. Then I paste it with PVA glue mixed with Plaster.

Stage 3 :
Then I sprinkled with beach sand, after that I painted black base.

Stage 4 :
Then I started to paint the lava, the first color I used was red, then the second layer I colored with orange, lastly I used yellow.

Stage 5 :
Then I'll give it a little more orange color.

Stage 6 :
Then I give it a little black color, to make hardened lava.

Stage 7 :
Then I'll cut the tree roots a bit to make bridge supports.

Stage 8 :
Then I will give the chain from the bracelet to make the rope bridge.

Stage 9 :
Then I made the floor of the bridge from ice cream sticks.

Stage 10 :
Then I will color the chain using silver, gold and a little black.

FINISH and the result is like this.
