How to make Medieval Stone Tower for your Diorama or Tabletop Game
This time i want to show you How to make Medieval Stone Tower - Miniature Wizard Tower - Terrain Building - D&D Terrain - ジ オ ラ マ
I will try to share with you how I make a miniature wizard tower for my diorama project or later I will use it for my tabletop game, with a very low cost and the material that I use is easy for you to get.
I will explain step by step with photos, hopefully this can inspire you.
Material :
- Cardboard
- XPS Foam
- Polyfoam
- Magazine Paper
- Pop Stick
- Hemp Rope
- Acrylic Paint
Stage 1 :
My first step will be to cut the XPS foam into a brick shape and I chop it up a lot.
Stage 2 :
Then I will use cardboard to make the tower and then I'll attach the bricks one by one.
Stage 3 :
Then I will press using aluminum foil that I have shaped or I use natural stone to create a texture on the XPS Foam.
Stage 4 :
Then I gave the base color black, then the second layer I used gray, then I used white using a dry brush technique so that it looks like the real rock.
Stage 5 :
Then I will make part of the house using polyfoam material.
Stage 6 :
Then I will make the windows and doors, then cover the walls with a tissue to make it look real.
Stage 7 :
Then I will give the base color as I want, then I give it a touch with the dry brush technique as well.
Stage 8 :
Then now I will make the wooden parts such as supports, doors, windows using XPS Foam and Pop stick then I give strokes to get the wood texture using a screwdriver.
