How to Build Realistic Diorama Medieval Military Tent

Let's to make a Realistic Diorama Medieval Military Tent - Terrain Building - ジオラマ - D&D Terrain Building

I will try to share with you How to Making and Painting Lava Terrain for your Tabletop Games or Diorama project or later I will use it for my tabletop game, with a very low cost and the material that I use is easy for you to get.

I will explain step by step with photos, hopefully this can inspire you.

Materials:

• XPS Foam
• Stick ice cream
• Sand Beach
• Skewers
• Baby Wipes
• Acrylic Paint
• PVA Glue

Stage 1:
My first step will be to cut some skewers into several pieces, this is to make the tent poles.

Stage 2 :
Then I will make the floor for the stairs using an ice cream stick, with a few strokes to make the wood texture. Then I gave the base color dark brown, then I gave the second layer a light brown color, finally I gave it an ivory yellow color using a dry brush technique.

Stage 3 :

Then I started gluing the floor like the picture below.

Stage 4 :
Then I will make a tent using baby tissues. then I make a mixture of water with PVA glue and then I soak the tissue, when it is dry this tissue will become hard.

Stage 5 :
Then I will give a little gold color, then I give a little dirty texture to the tent by using a burn amber color, with a dry brush technique.

Stage 6 :
Then I will make a base for this medieval military tent diorama, after I paste some xps foam I will sprinkle it with beach sand for the ground surface.

Stage 7 :
Then I will give static grass and I will make a support rope for the tent using hemp rope, then I add a few accessories.

FINISH and the result is like this.
